information Compliance and awareness Program – Webshops

An internet-based approach for Information Security Officers and employees. The webshops are flexible classes designed to engage your Information Security Officer and train employees. Through this experience participants will "roll-up their sleeves" and work through a process to safeguard information in the workplace.

Online Training

Objectives:

An operational approach designed to assess and reduce the risk of fraud, theft, or loss during the collection, handling, storage, and destruction of CSI in the workplace.

Three Options:

  1. Full Program: Includes an Information Security Officer class and training for employees.
  2. ISO Program: Information Security Officer class only.
  3. Employee Program: Mandatory training class for employees only.

    • Review Current Information Handling Practices
  3. Guidance (Full and ISO Programs Only)
    • Policy Statements – Participants will be given policy statements, at this point in the workshop, that correlate to their "risk assessment" responses. These policy statements can be incorporated into their existing security policies, or populated into a new policy framework.
